How does a house call work?
You call us, and we setup a time. We collect your name, phone number, and address. We meet you at your address at the time agreed upon. Once there we review the problem at hand, give estimates & recommendations, and if approved to proceed will fix your problems for you. We will then present you with an invoice to be paid. We accept cash or check.
Can I get a free estimate before incuring any costs?
Yes. When you call us you may explain your problem(s) and request an estimate... based on past experience we will give likely solutions & pricing quotes.
Can I network 2 or more computers together to share internet or files?
Yes. The cost will vary greatly depending on what equipment you already have. With no equipment present and no network cards in your computer it might cost: Wired: $125 Wireless: $165
Most modern computers come with built in networking cards, which greatly reduces this worst case scenario pricing. Ask us for a quote!
