Rates:

Phone Consultation: Free

Remote Support Setup: Free

Remote Support: $40/hour

Remote Tutoring: $30/hour

*All work billed at minimum of 1 hour.

Remote Support

Remote Support: Using a non-install program we are able to connect to your computer, and while you watch we can explore the problem at hand and possibly correct it. Range of services (based on connection speed) are: Software Installation, Diagnostics, Cleanups, Virus Scans, Help/Tutoring, etc.

How it works:
Download our remote support client HERE.
Call Us/Arrange a time to call us
When instructed by the tech run the downloaded file, and click connect.
The tech will then be able to move your mouse, and put in input via the keyboard while you watch.

Why?: No Travel Fee / Travel Expenses.
Help may be provided immediately.

Requirements: Minimum Connection: 56k Dialup
Recommended Connection: 256k+ DSL/Cable
